Meeting Minutes-Board Call of 1/5/10
On Call: Mike Glasheen; Dan Gwiazdowski; Monica Timar; Andrew Hartmann; Ted Dufresne; Joann Giangiulio; Nancy Merritt; and Ted Dufresne.

University Business:
YLD-next Coast to Coast Event--Saturday 2/27/10 Brewery Tour/Beer Tasting. Nancy making calls to Yards Brewery in Northern Liberties. Will get back to Club with details.

Philabundance:
Andrew is arranging this event for Saturday, February 6, 2010. Event from 8:30 a.m. to Noon. Reminder going out this week. 16 people are signed up as of this date.

Wine Board and Cheese:
Hillar is unable to host this event at his house in January or February. Possibly March/April. Board discussed moving this event to Fall and welcome new alumni at the same time.

Wrestling Event:
Lehigh wrestles Penn on Sunday, February 2/21/10 at 1:00 p.m. Melissa is organizing a brunch/lunch prior to the wrestling match. White Dog Cafe and New Deck Tavern are being considered. Melissa will finalize details and circulate to the Board.

Constitutional Center Event: Monica updated the Board on this event, scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Reception from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Signers Hall/Grand Hall. Program and speaker from 7:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Questions and Answers from 8:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Beer/Wine/Soda during cocktail hour. More details to follow. Topic to center around President's Initiative/Economy.

Career Networking Reception:
Monday, March 16, 2010 in Malvern, PA.

Mural Arts Tour-May 2010:
Mike is looking into possible setting up this event for the Spring. Details to follow.
