SCHOOL HOUSE LANE GROUP HOME FOR GIRLS

Come volunteer with fellow alumni at the School House Lane Group Home for Girls.  The Home is located in the Germantown section of Philadelphia and currently is home to 12 girls ranging in age from 12 - 18.  Together we can help revitalize this 4 story home both inside and out. The Club will provide lunch for the girls and all volunteers.

Projects in need of good volunteers are cleaning (windows, wall, woodwork), painting, removing air conditioners, decorating various areas of the home. There are also a variety of outdoor projects such as power washing, painting/staining, and gardening.  Our hope is to plant 20-25 bright colored mums.  If you are able to donate a mum or two that would be greatly appreciated!

All volunteers must be 12 years of age and older.  When signing up please indicate your skill and desired volunteer project area. Please also let us know if you planned to bring mums and how many.
